Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Service

Tiba Academy sells sports training services — subscriptions and session packages that grant access to coached training sessions. There is no physical product or shipment; "delivery" means activation of the booked sessions/subscription on your account, which happens immediately upon successful payment.

2. Cancellation

• You may request to cancel a subscription or unused session package by contacting the academy at the details in Section 5.
• Cancellation requests for sessions not yet attended are processed and, where eligible, refunded as described below.
• Sessions that have already been attended (or missed without a valid excuse under the academy's attendance rules) are non-refundable.
• Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund the current active period unless required by law.

3. Refunds

• Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days of approving the request; the time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
• The refund covers the price of the unused, eligible portion of the service. Any transaction or bank fees charged by your payment provider are outside the academy's control.
• If payment was made online by card, only the amount actually received is refunded.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged in error or more than once for the same invoice, contact us immediately with the receipt/transaction reference and we will investigate and correct any duplicate or erroneous charge.

This policy is governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. It is currently provided in English, which is the governing version; an Arabic translation will be made available in due course.
